I am your typical first-born over-achiever. I joyfully raise four children, I passionately write women’s fiction novels and romance short stories, I ambitiously attend University as undergraduate student of psychology/counselling, I volunteer my time co-facilitating for The Virtues Project, I act as secretary on the executive of the Ottawa Romance Writers’ Association and I volunteer on their conference committee, I revel in the best book club discussions ever, and I spend every day thanking God for the most wonderful husband on planet earth.
And when I’m not doing all that… I can be found soaking in the bath with my nose in a book. My favorites are too many to name but I would be remiss to not mention Diana Gabaldon, Maeve Binchi, Tess Gerritsen, Tami Hoag, Stephanie Meyer, Camilla Gibbs, Pam Jennoff, Katherine Smith, Jo Beverly, Julia Quinn, and her honor Nora Roberts. I’m also a huge fan of spiritual books and live by the words of Eckhart Tolle.
